By submitting an application through the AHIG Portal, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are applying on behalf of yourself, your business, or your nonprofit organization with proper authorization.
• The information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.

2. Application Submissions

All applications, supporting documents, and personal information submitted to AHIG become the property of the committee for review purposes. Submission does not guarantee funding approval.

AHIG reserves the right to request additional documentation, reject incomplete applications, or decline funding without obligation to provide reasoning.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share portal access with unauthorized individuals.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute portal content without written consent.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy & Policy. By applying, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with that policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, logos, and content displayed on the AHIG portal are the intellectual property of the American Heart Investment Group and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written authorization.

6. Disclaimers

• AHIG does not guarantee that every applicant will receive funding.
• Decisions are based on eligibility, available resources, and committee discretion.
• Portal access is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted use or error-free performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

AHIG shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the portal, including but not limited to loss of data, denial of funding, or technical issues.

8. Modifications

AHIG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of applicable federal and state courts.
