Then came the shutdown — the facility was labeled non-essential and forced to close its doors. Though later allowed to reopen, the loss of income made it impossible to resume operations right away, putting the business in a difficult holding pattern.

How the AHIG Grant Helped:
The American Heart Investment Group grant provided much-needed financial relief. With the funds, Snuggle Paws was able to catch up on payroll expenses, relieving a major burden during this uncertain time.
