Pinnacle — Elevating Brands Through Custom Apparel
Who They Are:
Pinnacle is a dynamic team of apparel branding experts helping businesses, nonprofits, and individuals gain visibility through custom-branded apparel. Specializing in screen printing, embroidery, and full-color digital printing, Pinnacle offers thousands of apparel options, free design services, and no minimum orders — making high-quality branding accessible to everyone.
Impact of the Pandemic:
The pandemic struck during a critical time. After enduring their slowest months (December to February), Pinnacle entered what is typically their busiest season — only to see sales plunge in March and April. With depleted cash flow, the team had no choice but to lay off 7 of their 9 employees and temporarily close to the public. Despite the hardship, they used the downtime wisely to reassess their operations, marketing, and pricing strategies in preparation for the “new normal.”
How the AHIG Grant Helped:
The American Heart Investment Grant came at a pivotal moment. It allowed Pinnacle to cover essential expenses, including vendor bills and rent, helping them stay afloat during the downturn.
“This grant gave us a lifeline — helping us bridge the gap during slow times and giving us a fighting chance to rebuild.”
Looking Ahead — Future Goals:
With four years of growth behind them, Pinnacle is focused on emerging stronger than ever. Their goal is to gradually rebuild their team and client base, and use this momentum to springboard into 2025 with resilience, refined strategy, and renewed purpose.
AHIG is proud to support businesses like Pinnacle — innovators who rise above challenges and continue to invest in the future of their brands and communities.
